## About the Role

* Basic fundamentals of computer science principles to understand user requirements and API payloads.
 * Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication workflows and API credentials.
 * Working knowledge of REST APIs, including HTTP operations and common status codes.
 * Familiarity with tools, such as Postman, to replicate and diagnose client questions.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to both developers and nontechnical customers.

## Description

* Guide developers and partners through API onboarding and initial configuration.
 * Troubleshoot customer issues involving API requests, authentication workflows, webhook configurations, and FHIR resources.
 * Evaluate practice integration requests and requirements to recommend supported approaches.
 * Explain potential platform capabilities and resource limitations.
 * Coordinate with Sales to provide necessary resources and support for new practices.
 * Coordinate with Engineering to investigate bugs, communicate customer impact, and offer workarounds until resolutions are available.
 * Identify recurring integration challenges and translate customer feedback to actionable improvements to internal processes.
