* IT Ausbildung oder (Bank-) kaufmännische Ausbildung mit IT-Affinität.

## Description

* Verantwortlich für Umgebungsmanagement und Betrieb des Systems sowie Schnittstellen.
 * Analyse und Klassifizierung technischer Anfragen und Fehlermeldungen von Kunden und Serviceanbietern.
 * Pflege der entsprechenden Dokumentation.
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SLAs, internen und Kundenrichtlinien sowie gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
 * Unterstützung der Kunden durch Schulungen und Zusammenarbeit in Projekten zur Steigerung des Teamerfolgs und der Kundenzufriedenheit.
