## Description

* Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des PMO-Leistungsspektrums für IT-Projekte
 * Unterstützung der Projektleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft (Reporting, Termin-, Ressourcen- und Aufgabenplanung sowie Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagement)
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Projekt- und IT-Dokumentationen (z.?B. Projektpläne, Protokolle, Statusberichte)
 * Mitwirkung bei der Standardisierung von Projektmanagement-Methoden, Prozessen und Tools
 * Unterstützung im projektbezogenen Controlling inkl. Analyse und Aufbereitung relevanter Kennzahlen
 * Organisation, Moderation und Dokumentation von Meetings und Workshops (vor Ort und virtuell)
