## About the Role

* A-Level or equivalent preferred
 * 2 years of IT support experience preferred
 * UK work authorisation required
 * Bristol BS35 4GG preferred
 * Must be free from a criminal record and willing to undergo security clearance to UK BPSS level

## Description

* Answer calls and triage all types of tickets at first-line level
 * Provide second-line support for Windows 11, Office, Microsoft Teams, the Mimecast Email Archiving System, Entra ID/Active Directory, and Microsoft InTune
 * Coordinate hardware maintenance through a third party under warranty
 * Manage desktop environment change control
 * Manage and resolve calls using the customers service management package
 * Deploy software via SCCM and provide remote support using RDP, SCCM Remote Control, Teams, and Dameware
 * Provide VOIP support
 * Deploy desktops and laptops to new and existing users
 * Perform network patching and provide first-line network support
