## About the Role

* Strong software development experience in Python, with an understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, code quality and maintainability.
 * Practical experience designing, developing and integrating software services, APIs and automation solutions.
 * Experience delivering software across the development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.
 * Demonstrable experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on building reliable, scalable and maintainable solutions.
 * Experience developing, deploying or supporting AI/ML solutions in production environments, or an understanding of the practices required to operationalise these solutions.
 * Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.

Desirable skills and experience:

 * Experience developing applications using TypeScript.
 * Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles, including relevant controls, standards and risk
 * management practices.
 * Familiarity with modern AI architectures and technologies, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval
 * augmented generation (RAG), vector databases and agent frameworks such as Strands, Google ADK, LangChain or LangGraph.

 * Standards, Governance & Reusable Assets: Develop standards, governance guardrails, templates, and reusable patterns that accelerate safe AI adoption across Sky.
 * Low-Code AI Platform Expertise & Enablement: Provide expertise in enterprise low-code AI and automation platforms, translating capabilities and updates into practical guidance and reusable patterns.
 * Cross-Functional Collaboration, Coaching & Culture Building: Collaborate across Sky and with partners, coach power users and citizen developers, and promote clear communication and knowledge sharing.
 * Innovation, Leadership & Continuous Learning: Track emerging AI and low-code trends, drive innovation and efficiency, and develop skills through training, mentoring, and hands-on experience.
