## About the Role

* Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to work across application architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations.
 * Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
 * Ability to delegate complex engineering tasks to AI agents and critically evaluate their output.
 * Experience shipping and maintaining production software, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
 * Strong product thinking: you understand business needs, prioritize value, and know when not to build.
 * Ownership and initiative: you can take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a working solution without constant supervision.
 * Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and users.

It will be a plus:

 * Experience launching your own products or building SaaS applications.
 * Experience implementing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or RAG systems.
 * Experience automating business processes and integrating enterprise systems.
 * A track record of independently taking projects from idea to production.

You'll own the full path from understanding the problem to deploying and improving the solution: investigating existing systems, identifying opportunities, defining scope, orchestrating AI agents, and making sure the result delivers measurable value.
