## Description

* Lead and mentor a team of Platform Engineers.
 * Own platform operations, production readiness, DR testing and incident management.
 * Manage AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform and GitOps environments.
 * Drive secure integrations using PKI, mTLS and OAuth2/OIDC.
 * Define CI/CD standards, release controls and deployment pipelines.
 * Produce ADRs and present solutions to architecture and governance boards.
 * Manage platform roadmap, risks, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
