## About the Role

* A degree in IT/cybersecurity or equivalent experience/certs (A+, Network+, Security+ all welcome).
 * Comfort with Windows and Microsoft 365.
 * Strong troubleshooting instincts and a genuine desire to learn.
 * Clear communication and a service-first attitude.
 * Bonus: scripting (PowerShell), cloud (AWS), or security coursework/certs.

## Description

* Be a capable first point of contact for IT support - hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity.
 * Set up and maintain laptops, M365 accounts, and access for new and departing employees.
 * Help monitor security alerts, run vulnerability scans, and track fixes.
 * Support access reviews, MFA, and our security awareness/phishing program.
 * Document what you do so the next person (and future you) has a head start.
