## Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Coordinator/Intern to provide technical support, maintain office IT systems, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues., * Provide desktop support and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Office, and Outlook.

 * Configure laptops, upgrade memory, replace batteries, and install or uninstall software.
 * Troubleshoot SharePoint, Power Automate, APIs, and QR codes.
 * Perform basic hardware repairs and network connectivity troubleshooting.
 * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Ethernet wiring, RJ45 connectors, and network cables.
 * Assist with security camera maintenance, wiring, and installation.
 * Climb ladders when necessary to access cables, wiring, cameras, and other IT equipment.
 * Perform user account management, software updates, and routine system maintenance.
 * Make minor website updates and assist with basic coding and automation.
 * Document IT issues, solutions, and daily tasks and accomplishments.
 * Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams on IT-related needs., * Are you available to work weekends? Weekend availability is required.
