## About the Role

 * Cloud-native Anwendungen (Web-, Server-, Desktop- oder Mobile-Anwendungen) mit .NET/C#, TypeScript/JavaScript oder Python
 * Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio
 * Agentic AI oder GenAI-Infused Applications., * Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Informatik wünschenswert) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung ein und startest als Senior oder Lead Consultant, abhängig von Deiner Erfahrung.
 * Du bringst Erfahrung mit KI-Tools für Softwareentwicklung mit, idealerweise mit GitHub Copilot oder Claude Code.
 * Du denkst vernetzt, schätzt agil-hybride Methoden und bist ein Teamplayer.
 * Du kommunizierst in sehr gutem Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

## Description

* Du bist der Ansprechpartner für Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsvorhaben unserer Kunden. Dabei schaffst Du die Übersetzung zwischen fachlichen Anforderungen und technischen Rahmenbedingungen in passende Konzepte und Lösungen.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CEO und CSO im Bereich Pre-Sales zusammen, unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, bist bei Ausschreibungen inhaltlich involviert und nimmst an Kundenterminen teil.
 * Du bist für die Analyse, Konzeption und Gestaltung komplexer Software-Lösungen verantwortlich und hast die Möglichkeit, unser Portfolio maßgeblich mitzugestalten.
 * Du erstellst Architekturen und Lösungsbeschreibungen, überwachst deren Umsetzung und gestaltest aktiv den Softwareentwicklungszyklus mit. Hierbei nutzt du aktiv KI, integrierst die Ergebnisse in eine komplexe Systemlandschaft und stellst deren Qualität sicher.
 * Du berätst Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen mit technischen Lösungen und sorgst für die Skalierbarkeit und Wartbarkeit der entwickelten Systeme.
 * Du präsentierst deine Lösungen kundenadäquat und zielgruppenorientiert.
