## About the Role

* Must already be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK
 * Experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
 * Some exposure to delivering solutions, beyond pure support
 * Understanding of how businesses use collaboration tools
 * Experience with Power Automate, or interest in developing those skills
 * Good communication skills and confidence working with users or clients
 * Nice to have: exposure to migrations into Microsoft 365
 * Nice to have: basic PowerShell or scripting skills
 * Nice to have: awareness of security and compliance features
 * Interested in moving into a consultancy-style role; proactive, curious, keen to learn, and able to build relationships

* Work with clients to understand how they use SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
 * Support the design and implementation of collaboration and document management solutions
 * Help deliver intranet and workflow solutions
 * Build automations using Power Automate
 * Support migrations from legacy or on-premise environments
 * Assist with documentation, testing, and project delivery
 * Learn and apply Microsoft security and compliance best practices
