## Description

To assist and support the Commercial Manager in the day-to-day production of sales files. The role is responsible for identifying and recording any pricing anomalies, liaising with branches to investigate and resolve queries, accurately documenting responses within the database, and ensuring all records are maintained and readily available for future audits and reporting requirements., * Work closely with BCA branches to support and protect the interests of BCA Operations Services (BCAOS).

 * Accurately produce daily sales files, rostrum reports, and associated reporting.
 * Collaborate with Commercial Team Executives to develop knowledge of vehicle pricing and adopt new and improved pricing methodologies.
 * Update BCA systems with daily vehicle pricing information and maintain BCAOS data records with responses received from branches.
 * Identify and report any vehicles priced outside agreed tolerances to Commercial Team Executives for further investigation.
 * Chase and obtain any outstanding documentation relating to vehicles in a timely manner.
 * Support the setup and administration of new customer accounts.
 * Investigate over-age vehicles and work closely with Remarketing Managers to ensure prompt resolutions, enabling vehicles to be entered into sale as quickly as possible. Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is readily available for audit, reporting, and compliance purposes.
