## About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced HubSpot Implementation & Integration Consultant to support a leading software company with the continued development of its CRM and revenue operations systems.

HubSpot is already operational, but the business is looking to consolidate customer and contract data from multiple acquired businesses, improve its integration with Xero, and develop its invoicing and revenue management capabilities.

This is a hands-on contract requiring someone with strong HubSpot implementation, configuration and integration experience who can take ownership of the technical delivery., * Strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring and developing HubSpot CRM environments.

 * Proven experience delivering CRM data migrations, including data cleansing, mapping, de-duplication and reconciliation.
 * Experience integrating HubSpot with Xero or other finance/accounting platforms.
 * Strong knowledge of HubSpot data structures, custom objects, workflows, automations and reporting.
 * Experience working with APIs, native integrations or middleware tools such as Zapier, Make or Workato.
 * Ability to work independently, troubleshoot technical issues and manage implementation activities through to completion.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly when working across Finance, Sales and Technology teams.

Desirable Experience

 * Previous HubSpot-Xero integration experience.
 * HubSpot Revenue Hub or Commerce Hub implementation experience.
 * Experience with subscription billing, recurring revenue, contract management and SaaS business models.
 * Experience implementing HubSpot Service Hub.
 * Familiarity with DataRails or other financial planning and reporting platforms.
 * Experience consolidating CRM systems following business acquisitions.

## Description

* Review the existing HubSpot environment, assess data quality and recommend improvements to the current configuration and data model.
 * Manage the migration and consolidation of customer, contract and historical data from legacy CRM systems into HubSpot.
 * Configure HubSpot objects, properties, associations, pipelines and workflows to support business requirements.
 * Implement and optimise the integration between HubSpot and Xero, ensuring accurate synchronisation of customer, invoice and payment data.
 * Work closely with Finance and Sales stakeholders to ensure customer and contract records reconcile accurately with financial systems.
 * Support the implementation of HubSpot Revenue Hub, including invoicing, subscriptions and recurring revenue processes.
 * Support the continued development of HubSpot Service Hub, including the migration of support ticket data from Microsoft Dynamics.
 * Contribute to future integrations with DataRails and other reporting platforms.
 * Document integrations, data mappings and processes to support ongoing system management.
