Most of your time goes to building. You'll sit with our coordinators, watch what they click, and turn the repetitive parts of their day into software that does the work for them: timesheets, payroll prep, hotels, onboarding and certifications. The rest of your time goes to keeping the office team's accounts, email and devices secure and working. What you'll do * Own and extend our employee portal (Next.js / TypeScript on Vercel) and the systems behind it: Airtable, Redis, Twilio texting, QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace and OneDrive. * Find the biggest time sinks in operations and automate them. Success means each coordinator can support more field employees. * Use AI coding tools every day (we use Claude Code), and review what they produce carefully. These systems pay people and run on live data. * Run company IT: Google Workspace admin, 2-step verification for everyone, DNS and email authentication, laptop and phone setup, and access when people join and leave. * Keep systems backed up and documented, so the next engineer isn't starting from zero.
