 * Performance Testing: 3-5+ years with JMeter or LoadRunner (scripting, scenario execution, bottleneck analysis).
 * Databases & Version Control: Strong SQL / P-SQL queries (Oracle / SQL Server) and Git.
 * Frameworks & Methods: TestNG, Gherkin/BDD, Agile/Scrum, and Azure DevOps.
 * Accessibility: Hands-on experience with ADA Compliance tools (JAWS, AccVerify).

Qualifications

 * Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field.
