## About the Role

You're comfortable designing a scalable switching fabric and equally comfortable helping an engineer debug why their test hardware can't reach a shared resource.

Key job responsibilities * Design & deploy network architectures - switching fabrics, routing, segmentation, and connectivity across data center and infrastructure environments * Automate network provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows; build tooling that enables infrastructure to scale at higher volume * Operate & sustain multi-tenant network environments including technology refresh, scaling, and optimization - delivering simple, sustainable, and repeatable solutions * Troubleshoot & resolve complex cross-domain network events spanning physical layer through application connectivity; diagnose root cause and mitigate impact * Collaborate with hardware, systems, and software engineering teams to define requirements and ensure smooth rollout of new designs and products * Lead projects in network deployment, sustaining engineering, and infrastructure scaling * Maintain standards for change management, documentation (SOPs, implementation guides,
knowledge transfer), and configuration control; ensure compliance across the networking toolset Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of major internet routing protocols experience - 1+ years of working in a Linux/Unix environment experience - 1+ years of data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations experience, or experience with Network Protocols: TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 technologies - 3+ years of network engineering experience (design, deployment, operations) - Proficiency in network automation (Python, Ansible, or equivalent) and infrastructure-as-code - Experience with enterprise/data center switching platforms (Arista, Cisco Nexus, Juniper, or similar) - Hands-on experience with Linux networking (bridges, namespaces, virtual interfaces, firewalling) - Experience operating in multi-tenant or shared infrastructure environments Preferred Qualifications - 1+ years of
