## About the Role

* 3+ years of field service, IT support, telecommunications, or networking experience.
 * Hands-on experience with IT hardware, networking, and connectivity troubleshooting.
 * Cellular internet experience required; satellite internet experience (VSAT/Starlink) highly preferred.
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean five-year driving record.
 * Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight as needed.

## Description

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware, networking equipment, and cellular/satellite internet systems at various job sites. The role requires hands-on technical experience and frequent travel, including overnight stays., * Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other IT equipment.

 * Set up cellular and satellite internet equipment, including LTE/5G routers, modems, antennas, VSAT, and Starlink.
 * Install and troubleshoot routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and Ethernet connections.
 * Configure and support smartphones and tablets running iOS or Android.
 * Perform on-site IT installations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.
 * Travel to job sites as required and maintain accurate service documentation.
