Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von IT-Serviceleistungen Koordination des IT-Supports sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der IT-Infrastruktur Einführung und Optimierung von ITIL-Prozessen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen IT-Dienstleistern Erstellung von Berichten zur Service-Performance und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und der Implementierung neuer Technologien
