## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mindestens fünf Jahre, im DevOps-, Platform- oder Automation-Engineering.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code und CI/CD, beispielsweise mit Terraform, Ansible sowie Git-basierten Workflows.
 * Fundierte Automatisierungs- und Skriptingkenntnisse im Unix-Umfeld sowie Erfahrung mit Linux, macOS, Bash/Zsh und idealerweise Python.
 * Erfahrung mit modernen IT-Infrastrukturen, Cloud-Technologien, Endpoint-/Device-Management sowie Entra ID, SSO und Identity Management.
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Entwicklung und Automatisierung; Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, n8n oder KI-Agenten in CI/CD-Pipelines sind von Vorteil.

## Description

* Automatisierung wiederkehrender IT-Prozesse wie User- und Geräte-Onboarding, Berechtigungen, Zertifikate, Backup-Checks und Standardkonfigurationen.
 * Überführung bestehender Infrastruktur in Infrastructure as Code mit Terraform, Ansible und Git sowie Aufbau reproduzierbarer CI/CD-Prozesse.
 * Entwicklung von Container-Workloads, automatisierten Update-Pipelines sowie skalierbaren Patch- und Release-Konzepten.
 * Betreuung und Automatisierung von Entra ID, SSO, Conditional Access und Identity-Lifecycle-Prozessen inklusive sicherem Secret-Management.
 * Ausbau von Monitoring, Logging und Alerting sowie Integration von KI-Agenten in CI/CD-Prozesse für Reviews, Builds und automatisierte Updates.
