## About the Role

* 1+ year of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
 * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN).
 * Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently onsite.
 * English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred

 * CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft, or similar certification.
 * Experience working in corporate IT environments.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory and basic user administration.
 * English and Dutch, You enjoy solving technical problems, delivering excellent customer service, and adapting quickly to different client environments. You are dependable, professional, and ready to provide onsite support whenever needed.
