Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # CMS & Content Administrator - **Company:** DDM Health - **Location:** UK (Remote available) - **Salary:** £25,000.0 - £28,000.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Spreadsheets, Shopify, WordPress, Webflow - **Published:** October 7, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=86c28959c8fb9a03 ## About the Role * Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. * Confidence using online systems, spreadsheets and shared documents. * The ability to follow instructions, manage a queue of tasks and work independently. * Clear communication and a willingness to ask when something needs clarification. * Care for the quality of content people see and use. Experience uploading or maintaining content in a CMS would be useful. This could include WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Strapi or a company's own system. You don't need experience with all of these; we'll provide training on our platforms. This is not a coding role. You'll be working mainly with completed, approved content rather than producing or translating it yourself. Why join us? You'll have a clear area of responsibility within a growing digital health company, helping make useful health content available to the people who need it. This part-time role would suit someone who enjoys organised, hands-on work and takes pride in getting the details right. ## Description You'll work closely with our content and technology teams, taking completed materials and uploading, organising and publishing them through our content management systems. Much of the work involves following clear instructions from Google Sheets and Docs, using upload and drag-and-drop tools, and checking the finished result. It's practical, detailed work that needs consistency and care. What you'll do: * Upload and update videos, images, articles, exercises, recipes and other resources across our apps and websites using our own internal CMS. * Format content and add titles, descriptions, links, categories and other required information. * Place content in the correct service, programme and language version. * Follow content schedules and instructions, keeping track of what is complete and what is outstanding. * Check published content for formatting issues, broken links, missing images and incorrect placement. * Keep content and media libraries organised, replacing outdated materials and avoiding duplicates. * Flag missing information or errors and work with colleagues to resolve them.
