Persönliche Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden im Rahmen von Einführungsprojekten und stetigen Optimierung/Anpassung der ERP-Softwarelösungen Erstellung von Änderungskonzepten für die Softwareentwicklung sowie die Übernahme der Testung bezüglich der erstellten oder geänderten Software Aufnahme von Anforderungen inkl. Aufwandsschätzungen Planung und Durchführung von verschiedenen IT-Projekten, inkl. Durchführung des 1st- und 2nd- Level Supports Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Workshops sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden und den internen Fachabteilungen
