Analyse und Integration sowie Implementierung neuer Logistikprozesse im zentralen SAP-System, inkl. Durchführung von Tests und deren Dokumentationen Übernahme einer fachgerechten Problemanalyse und Fehlerbehebung bei auftretenden Störungen beim Kunden vor Ort Verantwortung für die Anbindung neuer externer Lagerverwaltungssysteme sowie für die IT-Betreuung von Applikationen Erstellung von IT-Konzepten sowie eine professionelle Durchführung von Schulungen der Mitarbeiter Erweiterung eingeführter Anwendungen sowie die Übernahme der Neueinführung von SAP an verschiedenen Standorten Konfiguration und Einführung von SAP-Lösungen des Weiteren Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP abgewickelten Geschäftsprozesse
