## About the Role

* 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including technology strategy, roadmaps, digital transformation, and enterprise-wide initiatives

 * Experience leading regional technology organizations, managing application portfolios, business systems, and complex cross-functional programs
\n

 * Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, drive strategic decisions, and build trusted business partnerships
\n

 * Experience developing technology investment strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing financial planning
\n

 * Success operating within matrixed global organizations and collaborating across regions and functional teams
\n

 * Experience within luxury beauty, luxury retail, consumer products, omnichannel, or direct-to-consumer environments
\n

 * Expertise in project, program, and portfolio management, with a focus on delivering measurable business value
\n

 * Experience leading data, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives that improve customer experience, business performance, and operational effectiveness; familiarity with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Pro and Google Gemini is valuable
\n

 * Knowledge of enterprise technologies and integration environments, including SAP ERP and applications, SAP Datasphere, SAP Cloud Integration, Google Cloud Platform, CRM and clienteling, digital commerce, analytics and reporting, cybersecurity, governance, and risk management
\n

 * Experience with centralized, hub-and-spoke data platforms and data governance practices, including data quality dashboards and KPIs
\n

 * Familiarity with customer and commerce ecosystems such as Bloomreach, Emarsys, BayRetail, SAP Commerce Cloud, Magento, and Shopify, as well as reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Looker

 * Proven success building, developing, and scaling high-performing technology teams

 * Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail and distribution challenges, with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives

This individual will translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions while strengthening alignment between North America and Global IT. The role is responsible for driving digital transformation, enhancing operational effectiveness, and enabling exceptional employee and customer experiences across the organization. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with significant influence across North America. The Technology Director will drive technology innovation, data-driven decision-making, and business transformation across commercial, retail, E-commerce, supply chain, finance, HR, and corporate functions, while helping position Puig for continued growth across the Americas.
