## Description

As a Senior Data Modeller, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution. You will lead the design of logical and physical models within a remote-first, collaborative engineering environment, ensuring our data warehouse remains optimized for advanced reporting.

Tech Stack

 * Core Stack: Kimball methodology, Star schema, Snowflake schema, Fact and dimension table modeling, Slowly changing dimensions (SCDs)
 * Data & SQL: Advanced SQL, Query optimization, Data profiling, Data quality troubleshooting, Data dictionaries, Mapping specifications

What You'll Do

 * Architect and maintain robust dimensional data models using Kimball methodology to support large-scale healthcare analytics.
 * Design specialized structures for Encounters data, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulatory requirements and claims processing workflows.
 * Develop and tune complex SQL queries to ensure high performance across massive, distributed datasets.
 * Perform rigorous data profiling and gap analysis to resolve quality issues across source and target systems.
 * Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement physical models and partner with BI teams to ensure downstream reporting accuracy.
 * Document technical specifications, including data dictionaries and Mermaid diagrams, to maintain architectural clarity.
