Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Optimierungen der bestehenden Softwareanwendungen Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von Programmen und Softwarelösung, des Weiteren die Ausführung von Tests und Dokumentationen Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Anfragen im Ticket-System sowie Anpassung von entsprechenden Anwenderanforderungen Internationale Projektarbeit und Betreuung der internen Anwender darüber hinaus Durchführung von Beratungen und Schulungen für Mitarbeitende
