We're looking for a capable, motivated individual to provide onsite support for our growing customer base of schools. We believe that people skills are just as important as technical skills, so we are not looking for 'technical experts' but someone who can empathise and communicate well with our customers and who can explain technical issues in simple terms. About the Role: You'll work across our school client sites, where you will take ownership of all things technical, providing on-site support to staff and ensuring technology works. You'll be the person teachers and office staff come to when they need help, and the engineer they trust to get things working. This is a varied role - no 2 days will be the same. You'll manage your workload, build genuine relationships with the people you support, and see problems through to resolution. You must have a full UK drivers licence - company vehicle will be provided.
