* Windows 11.
 * Microsoft Intune, Azure and Microsoft 365 (O365).
 * Windows Server 2019 onwards.
 * Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP and DNS.
 * Switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi networks and VPNs.
 * iOS and Android device management.
 * VoIP telephony solutions.
 * ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or a similar IT helpdesk solution.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise requests effectively., * HR administration: 1 year (preferred)

## Description

You will provide first- and second-line IT support to office-based, factory-based, warehouse-based and remote users. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, managing helpdesk requests and supporting key IT projects across the business., * Provide first- and second-line IT support to office, factory, warehouse and remote users.

 * Install, configure, support, troubleshoot and administer desktop PCs, printers, scanners, IP phones, mobile devices and other IT equipment.
 * Take ownership of IT requests through the helpdesk and ensure timely resolution.
 * Assist in the delivery of key IT projects across the business.
 * Support and administer desktop systems, user accounts, mobile devices and IT services.
