## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience developing applications with PHP and object-oriented programming.
 * Confident JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills.
 * Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, including database design and query optimisation.
 * Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
 * The ability to turn design layouts into accurate, maintainable interfaces.
 * A practical approach to problem-solving and clear communication.
 * Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
 * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities and meet agreed deadlines.

Useful additional experience

Experience with any of the following would be welcome:

 * Angular, React or Vue.
 * Laravel, Symfony or another PHP framework.
 * Tailwind CSS, SASS or LESS.
 * Frontend state management, such as NgRx or Redux.

You don't need experience with every framework listed. Strong PHP and JavaScript foundations, sound judgement and a willingness to learn are what matter.
