* Abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich; auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger mit erster Projekterfahrung willkommen

## Description

* Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Systemlandschaft (Hard- und Software, Netzwerke, Server)
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten - auch für Kandidaten mit erster Projektkoordinationserfahrung geeignet
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd Level Support
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Projektfortschritten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts, Updates und der Einführung neuer Tools
