Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im 2nd und 3rd Level-Support sowie telefonischer Support der Kunden, ggf. auch vor Ort und die dementsprechende Fehlersuche, Analyse und Behebung auftauchender Probleme Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von eingesetzten Clients Verwaltung und Steuerung von Software-Lizenzen Wartung und Ausbau der IT-Infrastruktur und Sicherstellung der Hochverfügbarkeit der Systeme Überwachung und Dokumentation der internen Prozessabläufe, inkl. aktive Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten Konfiguration sowie Installation von neuer Hard- und Software
