Betreuung der User bei IT-relevanten Fragen im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports Bereitstellung, Administration und Wartung windowsbasierter Client- und Serversysteme Analyse und Fernwartung von IT-Störungen und der damit verbundenen Dokumentation von Ticketsystemen, inkl. Optimierung von kritischen IT-Prozessen Verwaltung von Benutzerdaten und Rechtevergabe für verschiedene Anwendungen und Systeme Mitwirkung bei der strategischen und technischen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastrukturen
