Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Anfragen im Rahmen des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software für Anwender Fehleranalyse und Behebung technischer Probleme sowohl remote als auch vor Ort Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Netzwerken und Servern Durchführung von IT-Schulungen und Unterstützung der Anwender im täglichen IT-Betrieb Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank Zusammenarbeit mit dem 3rd Level Support und externen Dienstleistern bei komplexen IT-Problemen
