Beratung und Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden bei anfallenden IT bezogenen Problemen im 1st Level Support sowohl persönlich als auch telefonisch Erfassung und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Tickets sowie deren Klassifikation und Zusammenstellung aller relevanten Informationen Übernahme der Verwaltung und Implementierung von Hard- und Software sowie die Prüfung einer Optimierung der Prozesse Professionelle Erstellung von Reports im Bereich IT Ansprechpartner für alle fachspezifischen Fragestellungen der anderen Abteilungen
