Weiterleitung von Störungen an den 3rd Level Support Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Lösung von Störungen sowie die damit verbunden Dokumentation Aufstellung und Installation von Arbeitsplätzen, Telefonanlagen und Druckern Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback und Optimierungsvorschlägen an die Entwicklungsabteilung
