Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Beratung der internen Kunden innerhalb nationaler und internationaler Projekte Erweiterung eingeführter Anwendungen sowie Neueinführung von SAP an verschiedenen Standorten Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen Anwender Support sowie Schulung von Mitarbeitern Ansprechpartner/in für die Fachabteilungen bei der Nutzung von SAP
