Eigenständige und fachgerechte Bearbeitung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Professionelle vor Ort Betreuung und remote Administration der IT-Infrastruktur Installation, Wartung und Support von Clients, Servern und Software-Systemen Verantwortung für die Planung und Begleitung von IT-Projekten Unterstützung bei dem Testen neuer IT-Funktionen, inklusive der Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen sowie die damit verbundene Auswertung Übernahme der Dokumentation von Testläufen sowie Eskalation und Nachverfolgung von Tickets im Ticketsystem
