## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Umfeld Pharmacy / Apotheken-Software, Healthcare-IT oder komplexer B2B‑Software – idealerweise mit direktem Bezug zum deutschen Apothekenmarkt.Â

 * Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Pharmazie / Pharmamanagement, Gesundheitsmanagement, BWL, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.Â

 * Sicheres Verständnis der Prozesse und Anforderungen im Apothekenalltag sowie der relevanten regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen in Deutschland.Â

 * Fundierte Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban), inklusive Backlog‑Management, User Stories, Refinement und Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams.Â

 * Ausgeprägte kommunikative und analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Affinität zu AI & Daten sowie sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. C1, Englisch verhandlungssicher als Plus für die internationale Zusammenarbeit.Â
