Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem im Bereich IT Diagnose und Lösung von technischen Problemen und Störungen Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Softwareanwendungen Beratung unserer Kunden zu bestehenden und neuen IT-Lösungen Dokumentation von Kundeninteraktionen und Erstellung von Supportdokumentationen
