Verantwortlich für die Annahme, Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen im Windows-Umfeld Erstellung von Tickets und kontinuierliche Pflege des Ticketsystems sowie ggf. Weiterleitung von speziellen Tickets an die entsprechenden Fachbereiche Erarbeitung und Dokumentation von workarounds, known errors und praktikabler Lösungen Installation und Administration von Hard- und Software Kompetente Ansprechperson in allen IT-Fragen des täglichen Betriebs
