Betreuung und Unterstützung der Anwender in sämtlichen IT-spezifischen Fragen und Problemstellungen (First- und Second-Level-Support) IT-relevante Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen im Rahmen des Onboardings inklusive der Übergabe relevanter Hard- und Software Management von Störungsmeldungen sowie deren professioneller Umgang und Behebung Beschaffung, Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Soft- und Hardware (Switches, Telefone, Digital Signage Devices, MDEs, Drucker, Smartphones etc.) Erstellung und Durchführung von Dokumentationen sowie Anwenderschulungen Erstellung regelmäßiger wiederkehrender Reports und Analysen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Schnittstellenbereichen Mitwirkung bei der Prozessoptimierung im IT-Bereich
