You'll: * Ensure everyone understands weekly priorities * Align campaign and product requirements with operational capacity * Help teams communicate effectively and stay aligned * Support content creators with compliance requirements and onboarding * Make sure good ideas don't get lost between departments Affiliate & Growth Support * Chair affiliate performance sessions * Track plans and delivery against targets * Support onboarding of new affiliate partners * Transition ownership where needed * Help identify opportunities to improve performance and support agency growth Firefighting & Issue Resolution Things move quickly here, and occasionally things break! You'll help: * Resolve urgent data discrepancies * Support media buyers with operational blockers * Manage day-to-day technical issues across forms, tracking and domains * Respond quickly to leadership escalations * Work out solutions when things don't go to plan We're looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out rather than waiting for someone else to fix them.
