## About the Role

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone curious, reliable and great with people.

You'll bring

 * A strong understanding of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and basic networking
 * Experience supporting end-user devices and classroom technology
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude
 * The ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * A genuine appetite to learn new technologies

It would be great if you also have

 * Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking technologies
 * Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and cloud identity
 * Experience of AV installations or classroom modernisation projects
 * An understanding of safeguarding filtering and monitoring
 * Experience in a school or multi academy trust
