## About the Role

Whether you've gained your skills through previous employment, school, personal projects, or years of being the person everyone calls when their computer doesn't work. A degree or IT certification is not required - practical knowledge and troubleshooting ability are what matter to us.

What You'll Do

· Troubleshoot computer, software, printer, network, and other technology problems

· Set up, repair, and maintain computers and related equipment

· Respond to support tickets, phone calls, and customer requests

· Support Microsoft 365, networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers, backups, and cybersecurity systems

· Provide remote and onsite support to customers

What You Should Already Know

You should be comfortable troubleshooting Windows computers and common hardware/software problems, setting up new computers, and working directly with users.

You should also have a working knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, switches, and basic network troubleshooting, along with familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, email, user accounts, and MFA.

Experience with Windows Server/Active Directory, firewalls, VLANs, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity/EDR, backups, RMM tools, or VoIP is a plus., Someone who is dependable, curious, and able to work independently. You should be able to think through problems, research what you don't know, communicate well with customers, and stay productive without constant direction - while also knowing when to ask for help rather than guess.
