## About the Role

Experience Preferred:

 * Previous Desktop experience.
 * Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and upgrading computer equipment.
 * Experience documenting service tickets and working within established SLAs.
 * Experience providing basic technical training to end users.
 * 1-3 years' experience.

New graduates accepted:

 * Yes-if a candidate has an associate degree in computer systems or related field.
 * One years relevant experience if a degree is not acquired.

License and Certification Requirement:

 * Highschool Diploma, Microsoft Windows Cert or willingness to obtain within first 6 months.
