## About the Role

* Ein besonderes Gespür für IT-technische Zusammenhänge in Kombination mit Bank- oder Versicherungsfachwissen und einem breiten Verständnis für die Informationstechnologie - idealerweise in den Bereichen serviceorientierter Architektur, API Management, ALM, Cloud Technologie oder vergleichbarer Technologien
 * Exzellentes Methodenwissen in Business Analyse, Automated Visual Testing und dem Erstellen von Fachkonzepten bzw. IT-Vorgaben oder auch in Prozessanalyse und Change Management
 * Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Fokus IT aus dem Bereich Financial Services oder aus einem Technologieunternehmen bzw. -beratung
 * Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen idealerweise mit Vertiefungsrichtung Bankbetriebslehre oder Informationstechnologie (zusätzlich wünschenswert: Zertifizierungen wie IREB, SAFe 5)
 * Erfahrung in verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Stilen (insbesondere im agilen PM)
 * Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ein hohes Maß an strukturiertem und analytischem Arbeiten sowie Spaß an neuen Herausforderungen
 * Du bist Teamplayer und besitzt das erforderliche Maß an Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke, eine hohe Umsetzungskompetenz sowie eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft, Informatik Techniker
