## About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Worthington, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a secure, attentive, and comfortable testing environment for all candidates. If you have excellent customer service skills, are highly organized, and enjoy working in a structured setting, this position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a vital process., * High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college experience is a plus.

 * At least one year of in-person customer service experience in settings such as retail, restaurants, or call centers.
 * Must be of legal age to qualify for the position.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
 * Proficiency in Windows-based programs, including Office and web browsers.
 * Ability to multitask and handle small tools for packing and unpacking equipment.
 * Capable of writing clear and accurate reports and correspondence.

## Description

* Welcome and verify the identification of examinees upon arrival.
 * Conduct security screenings, including the use of wand detectors, to ensure compliance with protocols.
 * Monitor candidates throughout their exams to maintain a secure and fair testing environment.
 * Address and resolve any candidate issues promptly while adhering to company guidelines.
 * Maintain the confidentiality of materials and safeguard the test center from misconduct.
 * Digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification when required.
 * Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports as needed.
 * Represent the organization's mission and values with integrity.
 * Adapt to flexible scheduling based on operational needs.
