* Strong experience with model evaluation, experimentation and fine-tuning.
 * Hands-on experience building and deploying RAG and GenAI solutions.
 * Good understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and retrieval techniques.
 * Experience with Azure AI Foundry is advantageous.
 * Ability to solve complex technical problems and explain the reasoning behind your approach.
 * Demonstrated ownership of AI solutions and measurable improvements in model performance.

## Description

* Build and improve RAG pipelines, including retrieval strategies, chunking, reranking and grounding.
 * Develop GenAI applications and agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
 * Adapt, fine-tune, instruction-tune and optimise models.
 * Design evaluation frameworks to measure retrieval quality, hallucinations, answer accuracy and overall model performance.
 * Experiment with models and approaches to improve reliability, latency and cost.
 * Take AI solutions from development into production in collaboration with engineering and platform teams.
