## About the Role

* Strong experience supporting, managing or improving ERP systems, with transferable skills across different ERP platforms
 * Experience with Infor M3 would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential
 * Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced operational environment would be advantageous
 * Demonstrable business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping
 * Ability to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions
 * Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Experience coordinating ERP changes, improvements and projects
 * Ability to lead, support and develop a small team

## Description

This hands-on management role combines business applications experience with business analysis, process improvement, project delivery and people leadership. You will work closely with departments to understand operational requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and translate business needs into practical, sustainable solutions.

Leading the Business Applications team, you will balance day-to-day application support with longer-term improvement. You will take ownership of ERP and application support, coordinate incidents and service requests, improve processes, maintain an applications roadmap and ensure changes are appropriately assessed, tested and implemented. You will also collaborate with the BI & Data function to improve reporting and data quality, identify opportunities for automation and digital workflows, and support the effective use of technologies such as SharePoint, Power Platform and AI.
