 * Currently managing a small team, or mentoring and looking to take the next step into management
 * Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders, the wider business, and the team
 * Basic C# knowledge
 * Desirable: Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Azure

## Description

* Develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for system improvements
 * Ensure D365 integrates with other systems and third-party applications
 * Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations to the development team
 * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
 * Oversee the deployment of updates and enhancements to the D365 platform
 * Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation
 * Balance hands-on D365 coding with managing a team of five D365 engineers, approximately 50/50
 * Support project planning, one-to-ones, code reviews, peer reviews, and architecture vision
